オーストラリアにいる間にいつの間にかティッシュがいらなくなって感動していたら、1年くらい経過したところで何かの花粉に反応するようになってしまい、ブルータスお前もかという気分になりました。

さて、社内一部では私はどうやら、事故物件ライバーとして少しだけ有名みたいです。なので、いっそのこと事故物件の良さを力説してみたくなりました。

そもそも痕跡が残っていては新しい人は(一般的には)入らないので、古い物件でもリフォームされていて室内は他よりキレイなんです。

私は定価の半額で住んでいます。管理費は普通の部屋と変わりませんが、家賃が半額＋管理費なので全然ありがたいです。

安いに含まれているようなものですが、自分の本来支払える額以上の住環境の部屋に住めるので、ステータスが上がったような気がちょっとします。

他の社員の方に会話のきっかけにしていただけることもあってありがたいです。

そもそも住み始めたきっかけというのが、東京は家賃が高い。でも北海道の家賃の感覚が抜け切らない。※私は北海道出身です　どうしても北海道並みの広さと安さの物件に住みたい。そこで行き着いたのが、別の要素を妥協するということ。

元々築年数は気にしないタチだったのですが、それでも東京だと、職場まで1時間以内の30平米くらいの1DKに住もうと思ったら、探して6万5000円がいいとこ。

他に手はないかなーと思っていたところに、そういえば事故物件というものがあったじゃないか、と、そこから事故物件専門で探し出しました。

悪い運がついてしまうのでは？と心配されることもありますが、私の尊敬するカズレーザーさんも事故物件に住んでいらっしゃったようですし。

彗星のごとく現れてテレビ界で確固たる地位を築いた彼にちょっとあやかりたい気持ちもありましたね。

生き方や学習意欲含めてすごい方だと思っています。

ところで事故物件って国境を超えてもパワーワードなんですね。

ついでに聞いたフィリピンの部屋事情を。

普通の家(部屋数は日本より多い)の余っている部屋を貸すのが一般的で、所謂シェアハウスですね。それが月4000円。

自分1人でアパートを借りようと思ったら月10000円なので、かなり頑張って稼がなくてはいけないとのこと。

フィリピンの平均月収は3〜4万とのことで、そう考えると日本は東京を除き、それなりにお安く暮らせる国なのかもしれませんね。

東京の家賃は高くて、という話をしたら、アメリカ人(ロサンゼルス在住だったかな？)にはなんだ全然安いじゃない、と逆に言われて全然響きませんでした。

向こうは月17万とか20万とかだそうです…住めない…

Hi there, it’s Koty. My hay fever is now driving me crazy. I was amazed that the fact I hadn’t needed any tissues while I was living in Australia, but I’ve got another kind of hay fever only an year later, so I felt like Et tu, Brute?

Well, in Vitalify, I’m a little famous as a person who lives in a JIKOBUKKEN which means a previous resident passed away in a room. Now I became motivated to say it’s a good way to live for us.

It’s even cleaner than other rooms in spite of old flat because if dirt remains in a room, no one wants to rent it. Landlord provides clean environment.

In my case, the rent is half as cheap as in original.

It connects with CHARP, I feel like I’m a little celebrity because I can live a high grade room a bit compare to my original financial condition.

I feel thankful which my colleagues sometimes talk to me about that.

Firstly, although living in Tokyo is so expensive, I still have other common sense which came from Hokkaido. I really want to live in a room which have enough size and low cost. That’s why I decided to ignore another worried factor. I’ve never mind by nature how old the building is. However, it still isn’t cheap enough within an hour where from company I work. I almost had no idea but suddenly I realized there are JIKOBUKKENs in the world!

“Are you safe? Nothing happens?” Everybody is normally worried me. In my opinion, it’s completely OK because Kazlaser who is a Japanese comedian was living in a JIKOBUKKEN. I have great respect for him. He is now well known who has firm position in Japanese entertainment world. I wish I were as lucky as he is.

By the way, JIKOBUKKEN is probably curious situation all over the world. Everybody reacts strongly.

In general, share house is typical in Philippines. Ordinary house has a lot of extra rooms, and the owner lend them. In that case, it costs 4000 yen per month. On the other hand, to live in apartment will cost 10,000 yen per month. Their average salary is between 30,000 yen and 40,000 yen, so to live in Japan except Tokyo could be cheap.

When I explained to an American that living in Tokyo is so expensive, she didn’t agree anything because living around her area is much more expensive! I don’t really remember, but usually over 200,000 yen per month, she may have said… I can’t live…
